Best Companies To Work For In Uae

Review Aleguaras + improvisation with Gold Blue

E 'at least a week so I said goodbye (almost) the final silicon foundation.
Sure I said goodbye to the bottom of the Essence mousse, after almost half the world was left with outbursts unlikely in the face for his fault. In contrast, the fate of the fund Maybelline seems uncertain. Certainly do not intend to throw it, but the idea of smearing his face becomes more and more disturbing.
Well, I think I converted to mineral foundation I've always been a bit 'snubbed for fear that came into collision with my dry skin deep in some places and my hatred for all that is "dusty".
I had to change my mind, or perhaps, I found the foundation that could deny them.

Personally I try to fund a mix of natural and "China effect" that I thought would be reached only with some liquid funds. Not having a bad skin, if I want to go for the complete naturalness, I do not put anything in the face XD So if I apply a product, I want at least one media coverage and a matt effect but no mask. The fund created by
Aleguaras definitely surprised me. The coverage is excellent although the final effect is so natural that it seems that I really have nothing on me (which I can not say silicone funds. _.) And the consistency is not dusty at all, indeed, seem almost "creamy". The grain is fine, and blends perfectly with your complexion.
The color is also perfect for my skin. I took the Light Neutral, which as I understand it veers slightly to the fishery.
to spread, I use the baby kabuki for the face that I had found in brush set travel Snow Cosmetics. Although not as wide as a classic kabuki me we were good, especially the neck which I think easily the application. No need to explain what is soft ...

Slide (XD) of the undersigned wearing this fund

For completeness, I will say that in addition to the fund and the Hollywood wearing powder blush always Summertime Snow Cosmetics. I do not think you need to use the powder on the bottom, especially if you do not have particular problems of "oiliness" means the finish is dull but bright and I think last long enough. Personally I prefer to use the powder because I'm also a fan of the effect porcelain
XD I also tried the Perfect Silky (also NC) and gave me satisfaction in this way.
After applying basic + powder blusher + I always like to spend some 'Fog of Fixative, I find that refresh everything.

Blathers And now a bit 'on the eye makeup that was one of the most improvisations hit in recent months
XD I start by saying that Blue Gold is a bad color that you want to photograph: o seems gold or appears green (?). I tried to show his true colors as possible.

After spreading a neutral base, I applied gold blue over the whole eyelid, fading on the fold with a brush and gradient Snob (palette always Distinguished Snow Cosmetics). With this color I have tried to get up enough, so you can then plug in the middle Parfait Amour along the fold with a brush pen.
It 'came out a trick a bit' strange, but I do not mind. To complete
I applied black eyeliner and black pencil.

What Is Bulky Overies Means

Karma Chameleon

colors like chameleon are half a business: how to use them and what use is always problematic. In the end I decided to cheat (XD) and use it alone in a smokey. It seems a simple solution but at the same time it brings out a lot, because, having no competitor, her greenish eyes were all for them.

The first thing you need is a basic black or dark. I used the gel eyeliner in black because I think ELF is an excellent base (= does not make the folds) and it is not difficult to blend. I applied over the entire eyelid and slightly beyond the crease with a cat's tongue brush, taking care to remain beautiful intense color at the junction of the lashes. With the same brush with black even in the height of the eye lashes (putting the black pencil in internal rhyme). Then, add an opaque beige color (or a powder of the same color of their skin) under the eyebrow. This will make it much easier to next step, or fade the black eye above the crease with a soft brush.
To make it even more intense color to root of lashes, I took a black pencil and did a sort of line of eyeliner, which I then blended with the cat's tongue brush.
Once done all this, three quarters of work are made XD This is an excellent base for any dark smokey, because just going to tap the selected color above the black.
With the gradient brush (I prefer to use this instead of the brush for application, so you keep everything soft smokey & XD), I took the Chameleon and I tapped on the black on the upper eyelid and then I vanished for good at the crease. No need to do so much work, if the base was done right, just past a light to get a good result. The same procedure must be done very carefully, even under the eye.
Finally, optional step, to enhance the reflections, I got a bit 'of chameleon always wet with a brush to shade and I just tapped on the upper eyelid.
I would say that lack only the mascara XD

the lips would keep me with something very soft nude. But I would say that is better left to talk about personal taste XD

Black Hair White Skin

I'm definitely in recession chic! Simple & Natural

Yes. I dedicate myself to this I also tag interesting In this case, taking inspiration from her , which in turn was inspired by all of them x - x - x - x
Not that I have to force myself too much, indeed. I buy stuff just because they are profoundly economic stingy in my squander

XD But I like the idea in itself, because as others have also noticed is a good way to emphasize that it is foolish spending figures in perfumes make-up as it should be, you just have a little 'time and patience to look for the good product at a lower price. And you have to learn not to always be wary of brands economic: there are smears, but there are also good things.

Anyway, here are the rules (copied by Mary):
1) No limit number of products, but the total price should not exceed 50 €
2) limit price of each product set at 30 €!
3) Enter the price of individual products.

And here's my proposal, which has tried to be as complete as possible. Some prices are approximate, being dependent on conversion from the dollar store to store but also from different daily quotations.

Face
Concealer in Fair Nyx in Jar - 4.5 €
Aleguaras Foundation in Light Neutral - 1.6 €
Snow Powder Cosmetics Hollywood - 3.9 €
Snow Blush Cosmetics Summertime - 3.9 €

In fact, the correction in the jar Nyx was added for completeness, since it is the only good I own spell. I do not mind as texture, but unfortunately it has an undertone too pink for my complexion. So can I use it only in some areas with a good foundation. The problem of buying sight unseen from the internet is that you never know what color you happen before XD
The foundation of Aleguaras is wonderful and the powder used in combo with Hollywood creates a smooth complexion and "Porcelain" which is definitely the envy of many silicon foundation. The prices are very low and has the advantage of not indondare of chemical crap its face.
Summertime is a wonderful color, a slightly pink and delicately bronzed shimmer. I think it's adaptable, but just to obtain a "healthy" and slightly tanned. I think it's a color that everyone should have

XD I put the mini versions of the products of the Snow Cosmetics because I think there is enough product in for months and months of rehearsals.

Eyes
Nyx Palette Eyeshadow in Mysterious Brown Eyes - 8 €
black gel eyeliner ELF - 4 €
Kajal Nipples black Yves Rocher - 2.2 € (using the discounts that are very easily!)
Mascara Black Essence Multi Action - 2.79 €

I decided to put the Nyx Palette dedicated to the brown eyes because I believe that despite the name it fits a bit 'at all. It has neutral colors, perfect for creating more sober look, and then some more vibrant color if you want to be more daring. However, a general counsel of the many pallets Nyx (found here ), which contain a large number of colors used in different occasions.
I will not dwell on other products because I think they are a bit 'of the "must have". The mascara, black eyeliner pencil should be held by anyone, because they can make a difference is used alone or to enhance a trick.

Lips
Nyx Lipstick Ceto - 2 €
Gloss Essence in Big Night Out - 2.99 € (the site is far too dark)

Personally I do not like the combo lipstick + gloss, so I put I personally do not combine two colors, but can be quite nice and sober independently. In any case, within the range of the two brands are easy to combine two colors together.

Mani
Essence Nail Colour & Go No More Drama - 1.29 €

What I think is a color cheeky but perfect for any occasion.

Brushes
Elf Powder Brush - 4 €
Elf Eyeshadow Brush - 1.7 €
H & M double-brush (angled brush + pen) - 1.99 €

Here, in my opinion this is a good base set (but very basic) brushes to get started.
The Powder brush is used for the fund, and the powder (in case you do not have a brush thinner) for the blush. The basis of the elf eyeshadow brush is great for use both to make the shades in the crease of the eye. And finally, the brush of H & M combines both a good angled brush for eyeliner gel pen or a brush for precision work and blending.

Total: 44.86 €! ^ _-

How Longto Ballooning Penis?

Always for the "we give ourselves to the simple things" XD

This first afternoon I got a divine face scrub (scrub = 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, brown sugar to taste) and at the end of the process of "scrubbaggio" (XD) Her skin so soft that came the desire to wear makeup XD The only two problems that are posed to my imagination was the amazing fact that the skin was very sensitive and therefore not eager for something other than a moisturizer and I had very little time case study.
I opted for something simple, just to feel a little 'figah "and to implement further the subject of 2011: use the mineral stuff. In particular, I have a bad relationship with eye shadows and I'm looking for a bit 'to correct, not only because it seems a waste to have them and do not use them, but also because I'm sorry what is considered beautiful.

mess a little 'I got this result.

brown is actually less than it appears in these photos. I dare say it is a trick on the brown-pink.
First I applied as a base, the Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden. Then with a soft brush pen (in particular, one of the two halves of the double-brush for the eyes of H & M) I applied the eyeshadow in the crease brownish-taupe [second from top left] the palette of the Mysterious Brown Eyes Nyx. With a soft brush to shade then I adjusted the top with a beige mat used as illuminating as the eyebrows. To intensify the crease, always with the gradient brush, I applied a bit 'dull brown only in the outer.
The upper eyelid was filled to last using the Shadow of the Moon NeveMakeup first wet and then patted dry with your finger. Finally, black eyeliner, mascara and black pencil.
