This gentleman, head of foreign state, officially met the Ambassador of a South American country, spoke of a bill that the government of a third country, Italy, presented to Parliament. That bill (rightly or wrongly, like it or not ...) is known (slightly) as "say". But I say, this gentleman, head of foreign state, he had other matters on which to spend time with the diplomat? For example, I know, the ones that plague South America in general and the country represented by that gentleman in plumed cocked hat, in particular. I can think of some, but perhaps not important: drugs, poverty, child prostitution, death squads and other amenities. Or problems that do not take into account "the foreign state referred to the gentleman in the picture is the Head. Problems that apparently do not exist, in force in that State, a system that conforms to the most terrible "dogmacrazie" (I wonder if you can not say that?). Problems such as: liberation theology, religious celibacy a crisis of vocations and consecrated life, prohibition of condoms (even when preventive against AIDS), defense of life from its conception (therefore no pill), no divorce (but with five € t'annulla well as the Roman Rota protest notes!), no abortion (or reserved for missionary nuns raped by militiamen when Zairian soldiers of faith or Muslim in Kosovo), unplugged paradise because nothing you have to earn it through thousands of suffering, the IOR ...
